Sanderson is known the world over for its botanical and floral prints. Holders of the Royal Warrant, they are now releasing some of their beautiful prints on quiltmaking cotton. Caspian is inspired by the Persian idea of a paradise garden and Arboretum by the English countryside. Both collections combine contemporary elements with archival imagery.

Use with other archival collections such as Edyta Sitar and William Morris which we’ve shown here for a timeless quilt. The oak mural border print would also be stunning for cushions and as a handmade lampshade. For coordinates, we recommend Linen Textures.

These fabrics are priced and sold online by the quarter metre (equivalent to £16.40/m).

We’ll automatically cut a long quarter (25x112cm), but if you’d prefer a fat quarter (50x56cm), just mark the box when prompted. Larger quantities are always cut as a continuous length. So for 1/2 metre, add a quantity of 2 to your basket; for 1 metre, add 4; for 2 metres, add 8 and so on.
