Chateau de Chantilly is the new collection of prints by French General. They’re based on archive 19th century designs. Filled with classic reds plus shades of taupe and cream, these bolder florals and small prints will make up beautiful French-inspired quilts and home textiles. The designs would also be suited for dressmaking and home accessories. Also shown here is La Vie Boheme, an earlier collection which coordinates well with the new designs.

Chateau de Chantilly coordinates beautifully with many colours from our Linen Textures range, Solids, Linen and even our classic Ticking stripes. The fabric is priced and sold by the quarter metre (equivalent price is £15-16/m depending on the design). We’ll automatically cut a long quarter (25x112cm), but if you’d prefer a fat quarter (50x56cm), just click the prompt when adding to your basket. There’ll also be a FQ bundle when all the collection arrives, which contains 2 1/2-m of coordinating fabrics, ideal for a quilt. Plus there are charm packs and jelly rolls also available.

Manufacturer: Moda Fabrics. 100% quality quilting cotton except for Corsaire Red which is Mochi Linen, 70% cotton and 30% linen. All fabrics are 112 / 42-in wide.
