Little or large - the choice is yours with a Layer Cake! Pre-cut quilt packs are an easy way to buy a whole collection of wonderful fabrics in a ready-to-sew format. Layer Cakes have 42 pre-cut 10-in squares and can be used for simple square quilts, plus Half-Square Triangles, Snowballs, Flying Geese and many more block designs as you can cut the squares in many different ways.

One pack can make a quilt around 50x60in, depending on the patchwork block. You can cut these large squares into strips, triangles or even smaller charms (each Layer Cake is equal to 4 5-in charm packs). If you want to increase the size of your quilts, just look at adding solids, coordinates or other patterned fabrics.
