Aah, corduroy! One of the best things about cooler weather is the opportunity to use corduroy with your favorite dressmaking patterns, or for cosy home furnishing projects, such as cushions and quilts. This autumn we’re delighted to have these great patterns to complement our solid colour baby cords.

This beautiful needlecord (babycord) is 100% cotton and with a 21 wale is an ideal fine rib for pinafores, dungarees, tunics and skirts. And with a 150-155gsm weight and width of 140cm, you could also use it as a super soft quilt backing. This fabric is priced and sold by the quarter metre (from £15.00-18.00/metre depending on the design). So for 1 metre, add a quantity of 4 to your basket; for 1.5m, add 6; for 2m, add 8 and so on. Larger quantities are always cut as a continuous length. Plus, if you need a coordinating thread, just choose your size, add to your basket and we’ll do the rest!
